The countdown begins... to the 5 most anticipated movies of summer 2013.
US Release: 9 August
After giving audiences an unforgettable sci-fi thrill ride with the low budget District 9 (2009), writer-director Blomkamp is back with
Elysium, exciting fans with the prospect of another sci-fi flick that has both
solid action and story - somewhat a rare combo nowadays. And with triple

From the 'Avengers' team, Iron Man probably has the
most fans and we can understand why. He is cool in everything he does, from the
way he speaks to the way he uses his high-tech gadgets. But what is attracting
everyone to this third installment is that we are
seeing Iron Man at his lowest point (well that is judging by the trailers so far), and facing his strongest enemy yet – The
Mandarin (played by a deliciously evil Ben Kingsley). We have never felt this worried for Iron Man for a long time.

Director J.J Abrams is now a force to be reckoned
with. He is now trusted to make blockbusters that are visually and emotionally
impactful, something that Hollywood is always struggling to achieve. I fully
support his lens flares, and I fully trust that Star Trek Into Darkness will either be greater than or on par with his first installment. Old and new fans of Star
Trek will come together to watch this, and they are unlikely to be let down.
He is the ultimate superhero; his powers are
the strongest of them all. We all know what he can do and what he is afraid of. That's why we need a change. What if Man of Steel gets The Dark Knight treatment?
With Christopher Nolan producing and Zack Snyder directing, we are about to see
a complete revamp of Superman. Combining the realistic world of Nolan with the
creative style of Snyder, I can only wonder what the outcome will be. Will we
see a more emotional but less powerful Superman?
